The Science Of Superheroes

The exhibition aims to encourage young generation to be interested in science by introducing the scientific explanation behind superpowers, that usually seen in comics and movie. Such theory and technology appearing in fantasy/futuristic comics and movie, seems to be too unrealistic but yet are all conveyed into science-based facts. Visitors are brought through a fantastical journey, engaged in thematic display as well as hands on exhibits.

The journey divides into 5 areas in which the superheroes presents their own special skill sets:

+ The Science of Future Gadgets
+ The Science of Human Echolocation
+ The Science of Invisibility
+ The Science of Genetics
+ The Science of Telekinesis

Door to Door

This installation commemorate 80 Years Anniversary of TANGS,a leading fashion and lifestyle departmental store in Singapore. Design concept derived from the story when C.K TANG, the company founder, had started his career as a door-to-door salesman and he was never ashamed of it, yet still mention to the young generation as an example to never give up a dream to success. A door means to be a symbol of opportunity that awaits people who has the courage to open it.

The implement of door frame in signature yellow of TANGS is a metaphor of both future and past.
